About Our Firm
Since 1992, Juist, Fabio & Ward, P.C. has represented entrepreneurs and small to medium sized businesses in the Clear Lake area. The firm continues to specialize in assisting start-up businesses and entrepreneurs and now represents a number of large corporations with international activities, some of which have grown from infancy with the firm representing them as their general counsel.
Our real estate practice draws on more than 25 years of legal experience and ten years of acquisition, development and management experience, providing us with a strong background in representing clients in a wide range of matters from leases to land acquisitions and dispositions, and many other real estate issues for individuals as well as corporate clients.
Our office is located in Clear Lake. Our attorneys have undergraduate degrees and industrial experience in engineering and business, giving us a unique ability to represent the special needs of industry and technology.
The firm is a member of the Bay Area Houston Economic Partnership and the Clear Lake Area Chamber of Commerce, and works with the Small Business Development Center in assisting start-up businesses. Our attorneys have been active for many years in the Bay Area and actively contribute to the commercialization of new technology.
