Born: Clinton, Iowa, July 7th, 1954
David began his career at Gulf Oil Chemicals Company in 1976 as a Product Development Engineer in the company's polyethylene & polypropylene operations. In 1979 he transferred to Gulf’s new business ventures group, evaluating opportunities for vertical integration of their plastics operations. Upon receiving his JD and MBA degrees, David joined Haldor Topsoe, Inc. as legal counsel with responsibility for all of their legal matters. The primary tasks were the preparation & negotiation of all contracts for the sale of technology, engineering designs, catalysts, and proprietary equipment. He also acted as general counsel for most of their legal affairs. In 1989, David joined a law firm in the Clear Lake area of Houston, and in 1992 formed a firm with colleague Charles Ward. David’s practice focuses on technology agreements and business & corporate law.

Born: Beaumont, Texas, December 25th, 1947
Annie began her career working in merger & acquisition areas for corporations, and gained extensive commercial real estate experience working on the acquisition of a 33-contiguous block project in the Central Business District of downtown Houston, continuing that work into the ownership and operations of the properties with emphasis on rental and operations. In 1981 Annie began her legal practice with the downtown law firm of Reynolds Allen & Cook, which later became Reynolds White Allen & Cook, becoming a partner in 1985. Annie later started her own firm, Boyer Ewing & Fabio, where she practiced for five years. In 1995 Annie joined the law firm currently known as Juist Fabio & Ward, P.C. representing international and domestic corporations and entrepreneurs. Her practice focuses primarily on commercial real estate with emphasis on bankruptcy and loan workouts. Additionally, Annie is the manager of the law firm.

Born: Beaumont, Texas, February 13th, 1958
Charles began his career as a capital construction Project Engineer for Atlantic Richfield Petroleum Products Company (“ARCO”) in 1981 at ARCO's Houston Refinery. In 1988 Charles transferred to ARCO's health, safety and environmental department and worked as a state governmental affairs liaison and federal regulatory analyst. Following receipt of his J.D. degree, Charles joined ARCO's technology center in Orange, California, working in the area of health, safety and environmental regulatory compliance auditing. In 1992, Charles joined David Juist in the law firm. Charles' practice focuses on technology agreements and business and corporate law matters.
